Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells



This stuffed shells is a definition of comfort food to me. It's gooey, saucy and cheesy, perfect for a weeknight dinner or pleasing a large number of guests. Either you make your own marinara sauce or use a store-bought, the result will be extremely delicious. If you like your dish more cheesy, feel free to add mozzarella on top. A great news is, you can easily freeze the stuffed shells for up to couple month and just bake them in the oven whenever you want to serve it.
